In the summer of 2024, Salon Cuma brought its distinctive gastronomic vision to a beach pop-up on the shores of Mesa Demirbükü in Bodrum. Crystal-clear waters, the untouched landscape, and a setting that invites serenity provided rich inspiration for a coastal iteration of Salon Cuma’s menu. Guests were invited to indulge in menus crafted with the freshest seasonal ingredients, infused with Saloncuma’s signature storytelling and creative touch. From long, sunlit lunches to golden-hour aperitifs by the sea, every moment was designed to celebrate flavor, nature, and belonging.
